Shipping

MLBGold.com offers USPS Priority and Express shipping services for our customers. Both are sent insured and include delivery confirmation. For orders over $100.00, the shipping is on us. For those special times when you need to have your order sent overnight, MLBGold.com provides FedEx overnight service for a flat rate of $15.00.

Returns

At MLB Gold, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We want your complete satisfaction and are happy to offer a full refund for merchandise returned within 30 days of shipping. This refund applies only to merchandise and services and does not include shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. This refund policy does not apply to special order merchandise.

Returned items must be new and in unworn condition. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. We cannot accept a return if there is any indication that it has been used. All return items must be accompanied by their original documentation.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at the option of the purchaser. For all refunds, the full purchase price, less shipping if applicable, will be credited in the same form as the original purchase.

To return an item to MLB Gold, please follow the process listed below:

  1. Email Customerservice@MLBGold.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be written on the outside of the shipping package being returned.
  2. Secure the item inside the original jewel box or bag making sure to include all packaging, including any certificates or appraisals. Replacement fees for appraisals are $150.00 and replacement fees for diamond certificates are $250.00. Replacement fees will be subtracted from the refund or store credit if not returned.
  3. Pack all items inside a small to medium sized cardboard shipping box, and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape (available at your local post office). Paper mailing tape is required so that ink stamps will print on your package.
  4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box next to the shipping address.
  5. Ship the item to: MLB Gold

  6. Ship the item by registered U.S. mail, fully insured for the value of the item. Please request a return receipt for your records. MLB Gold will not be responsible for items lost in the shipping process. If shipping by any shipper other than USPS (United States Postal Service), verify that they are able to deliver registered and insured packages to a P.O. box. MLB Gold will refund the shipping cost for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items. Otherwise, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

    Once your item has been received and providing it meets the requirements listed above, we will begin processing the refund. It takes us approximately 5 business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession. We will confirm receipt of the return and provide you with a status of your return by email.
